📋 Description

• The Assistant Manager leads shifts in a high-volume store and supports the General Manager to
• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards; train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation standards; resolve customer and team concerns.
• Operate store equipment; manage time and multitask; create a positive environment.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and marketing/operational initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+; 21+ to drive; completion of RPM training.
• Strong verbal/interpersonal skills; positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
