📋 Description

• Responsible for everything during your shift: cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, and maintaining a great customer experience
• Accountable for following policies 100% and modeling the store standards
• Oversee operations to help the store run smoothly and efficiently
• Lead by example and support team development and safety
• Physical duties include standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional climbing as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in shift leadership or management is preferred
• Strong math, judgment, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage inventory, costs, and cash handling
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced pizza delivery environment
• Physical ability to perform job duties as described
