• Support advancement paths from driver to management
• Drive profitability and maintain store image

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to oversee multiple duties and communicate with customers and team
• Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory/ordering
• Experience with inventory control, paperwork, and scheduling
• Willingness to train staff and work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to perform store tasks and drive deliveries as needed
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (as applicable)
