Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
Prepare all products, use all proprietary technology, receive/process phone orders
Take inventory and complete paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily
Train new hires and provide on-the-job coaching for store products and procedures
Manage inventory, scheduling, and staffing; oversee food/labor during shifts
Lead a team with strong communication; interpret written instructions and convey them verbally

🎯 Requirements

Verbal, writing, and telephone order-taking skills
Ability to perform quick math and give correct monetary change
Proficient with computer keyboard/touchscreen order entry
Ability to work in varying temperatures and perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to lead an effective team and train others
