• Oversee daily store operations in absence of General Manager
• Ensure welcoming atmosphere and responsive, service-oriented staff
• Supervise food/product preparation to brand standards
• Assist opening/closing and prep lists
• Hands-on food prep, customer service, and delivery coordination
• Support sales, service, quality, and cleanliness objectives through training
