Oversee daily store operations in the absence of General Manager
Ensure customers feel welcome; supervise staff to be courteous and service-oriented
Maintain food quality, portioning, image, and service per brand standards
Assist with opening/closing, prep lists, and deliveries coordination
Manage labor and costs; support sales, service, cleanliness, and sanitation goals
Provide feedback to managers and participate in training to meet objectives

Ability to pass background checks
Excellent written and verbal communication; interact with management and customers
Strong multi-tasking ability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and enter orders accurately
Lead the team on duty and work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to perform arithmetic and provide correct monetary change; proficient with POS/order entry
