• 18 years or older with successful background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, positive attitude; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 25 pounds, and use store equipment.
• Leadership experience and ability to train and coach team members.
• Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality; cash handling proficiency.
