• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager
• Partner with GM for recruitment, training, and scheduling
• Uphold brand standards and policies
• Provide high quality product and service to customers
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Exceptional positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass background check and motor vehicle report
• Inventory control and labor cost experience with basic computer knowledge
• Ability to create and manage Team Member schedules
