📋 Description

Oversee end-to-end onboarding funnel to meet SLA and activation targets
Lead onboarding performance, quality, and process improvements
Drive automation initiatives (OCR-enabled apps) using data, Salesforce, AI tools
Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Product, COE
Develop and coach the onboarding team; manage capacity and performance
Ensure consistent quality and efficient operations

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in merchant onboarding, ops, or process improvement; manage SLA/targets
Design scalable processes; automate; use Salesforce, data, and AI tools
Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
People management: coaching, performance, feedback, capacity planning
