Assistant Manager, Operations Command Centre (Autonomous Vehicles)

📋 Description

• You will lead execution of autonomous vehicle pilots and supervise safety operators during daily
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and onboarding/training of operational staff.
• Lead daily AV service operations across field deployments and command center activities.
• Coordinate escalation workflows for disruptions, anomalies, faults, or incidents.
• Act as point of contact for in-field events and system behavior.
• Develop SOPs, operational guides, and KPIs for the fleet.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holders.
• 5+ years in operations, logistics, transportation, or fleet management.
• Experience managing shift-based operational teams in live environments.
• Technical knowledge with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or IoT deployments is a plus.
• Experience supervising drivers/operators in field settings.
• Familiarity with safety management systems and risk assessment.
