🎯 Requirements

• Technical Accounting & Controls – 4–6 years in controllership, technical accounting, or audit
• Regional & Industry Expertise – Experience with multi-country operations, digital platform
• Stakeholder Management & Influence – Able to simplify complex matters and influence across
• Commercial Judgment & Execution – Structured problem solver balancing rigor with business
