Assistant Manager Store & Warehouse

📋 Description

• Oversee daily store and warehouse operations for incoming/outgoing materials, production processes
• Manage movement of materials between manufacturing stages ensuring timely transfers.
• Ensure SOPs are followed; supervise store team and coordinate workloads.
• Monitor FG/SFG inventory levels and manage stock control and replenishment decisions.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support 5S principles.
• Address internal department concerns and promote PPE/safety practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in stores, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) and Production Planning (SAP PP) experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock monitoring, material movement, and warehouse
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal, press shop, machine shop, forging, paint
• People-management and team-supervision capability with strong communication and decision-making
