📋 Description

• Lead multilingual program models and MTSS for emergent bilingual students.
• Coach teachers on language instructional strategies with real-time feedback.
• Coordinate TELPAS, LPAC, and data-informed MTSS planning.
• Monitor language development, academic achievement, and progress data.
• Foster restorative culture and family engagement within KIPP Texas programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Texas Bilingual Teacher Certification (required).
• Texas ELAR and ESL Teacher Certification (required).
• 2 years teaching experience; 1 year as a leader/coach (required).
• Strong understanding of bilingual education and second language acquisition.
