Assistant Program Manager ITPP – GM Defense

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end program execution across multiple defense/tech initiatives.
• Coordinate integration across vehicle systems (chassis, armor, powertrain, electrical, software
• Maintain schedules, risk registers, financial reviews, issue tracking, and dashboards.
• Prepare updates and materials for internal reviews and exec meetings.
• Independently manage smaller projects with guidance from senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with government/industry partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, supply
• Experience with cross-functional program/project management and complex initiatives.
• Strong ability to collaborate across technical and business teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with system integration (mechanical, electrical, software, armor/upfit, or
