Assist Project Management staff with setup, tracking, client comms, reporting, invoicing
Coordinate project set-up and sample logistics
Prepare final reports and data packages by client due date
Ensure accurate data entry in LIMS and proper vendor setup
Provide excellent client service throughout projects

🎯 Requirements

Associates degree or 4 years client-service experience substitution
1-3 years business experience
Bench chemist experience preferred
Strong computer skills: Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
Proven client service skills
