Assistant Propositions Manager

📋 Description

• Support review and development of Retail Protection products via MI, market and competitor analysis
• Produce clear reports and insight summaries to identify opportunities and improve customer outcomes
• Collaborate with Finance, claims, underwriting, pricing, servicing, IT and change to support
• Prepare supporting documents for product development approvals and internal committees
• Help launches through sales briefings, training materials and product information updates
• Monitor competitor activity and portals such as F&TRC and CI Expert

🎯 Requirements

• Good knowledge of Retail Protection products, including critical illness and income protection
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with MI, Excel and data
• Excellent attention to detail; able to produce accurate, structured information
• Curiosity and willingness to learn how products, propositions and customer outcomes connect
• Clear communication with diverse stakeholders; proactive, organized and team-focused
• Ability to make practical recommendations from data or insights
