📋 Description

• Source candidates using Expandi and Juicebox.ai; add to ATS.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and pre-screen resumes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients.
• Keep candidates engaged and provide status updates.
• Maintain accurate, updated ATS records.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in recruitment or recruitment support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Lever.
• Experience sourcing candidates across platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes and support a structured workflow.
