🎯 Requirements

• Experience as ASM or similar management role preferred
• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, ideally luxury
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
• Dynamic, articulate, approachable personality
• Passion for high-quality products and service
• Strong leadership, able to motivate a team
