Assist day-to-day running of immersive VR venue in Bristol.
Support visitors, staff, and operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Cover for the Event Manager during holidays/absences and run the site independently when needed.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in live events, venue operations, or immersive/tech-driven environments.
Working knowledge of VR hardware/software and basic IT troubleshooting (Windows PCs, networks
Ability to manage front-of-house staff and coordinate rotas; strong communication skills.
First Aid at Work certification is preferred; willingness to be trained as needed.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Comfortable operating under pressure with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
