🎯 Requirements

2+ years sales management or leadership in a specialty retail environment
Experience coaching and mentoring a team
Proficient with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro)
Self-starter with a personalized customer experience mindset
Eagerness to learn and engage with the riding community
Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly preferred
