📋 Description

• Manage store team and overall store success.
• Drive sales by coaching Sales Associates to meet goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and feature benefits for customers.
• Oversee store operations, opening/closing, returns, special orders.
• Assign tasks and lead by example in store presentation.
• Represent brand during events and community activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales management and customer service.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Proficient with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Self-starter with strong customer experience focus.
• Interest in motorcycles is a plus.
