Assist GM in day-to-day store ops to meet KPI targets
Lead and motivate team on selling and customer service
Oversee Canteen floor and act as Manager on Duty
Collaborate with merchandising and sponsorship teams to optimize demos and sponsorships

🎯 Requirements

Ability to work one weekend day/week (ideally both)
Full-time role ~40 hours/week
Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Retail/customer service experience preferred (child-care, education, performing arts background
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in United States
