Assistant Store Manager (full-time) - Programming and Special Events

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and KPIs as a key role model
• Lead programming and celebrations planning, scheduling, and in-store events
• Coach staff to improve selling opportunities and customer relationships
• Maintain visual and merchandising strategies to boost sales
• Collaborate with General Manager on training and labor optimization
• Ensure a positive, inclusive environment aligned with the Camp brand

🎯 Requirements

• Retail management experience, strong leadership and team motivation
• Event planning and programming execution in a retail environment
• Customer service excellence and relationship building
• Schedule management, training development, and KPI focus
• Ability to work weekends and approximately 40 hours/week
• Authorized to work in the United States; 18+ years old
