📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day store ops to meet KPI targets
• Partner with GM on action plans and timelines
• Model results-driven behavior to boost sales and service
• Oversee Canteen floor and act as Manager on Duty
• Coach staff to improve selling and customer relationships
• Develop visual merchandising and floor layouts
