📋 Description

• Oversee key operational and visual processes on the sales floor.
• Champion visual standards and product presentation.
• Lead product presentation and merchandising with stock planning.
• Own visual direction from planning to execution within budget.
• Lead the Visual team and partner with GM to meet goals.
• Ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Represent the business in meetings and calls with the GM.
• Lead a team with accountability, coaching, and clear communication.
• Plan succession and recruitment strategies with stakeholders.
• Manage budget, reporting, and key business data (expenses, sell-thru).
• Demonstrate retail leadership aligned with brand culture.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proof of right to live and work from start of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts.
