Assoc Director/Director SEC Reporting & SOX Compliance

📋 Description

• SEC reporting and SOX compliance responsibilities
• US GAAP, SEC guidance, and SOX 404 knowledge required
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance and external auditors
• Develop and improve internal controls and processes
• Support monthly close and reporting timelines
• Lead communication with auditors and control owners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 10+ years of accounting experience, life sciences preferred
• CPA designation required
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Active Disclosure
• SOX 404(b) in a regulated environment
• Strong US GAAP, SEC reporting and governance skills
