📋 Description

• Own strategic AI/ops projects and cross-functional follow-ups
• Collaborate with Head of AI, Data & Systems to drive fast-moving initiatives
• Turn conversations into actionable items, trackers, and outcomes
• Shape future workflows for NavVis with AI integration
• Coordinate end-to-end project activities and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in fast-changing environments
• Technical mindset, data-focused, curious about AI tooling
• Hands-on with AI tools for coding, research, or productivity
• Experience with no-code/low-code tools or scripting (Python/JavaScript)
• Strong written/verbal communication; ability to simplify complex output
• Ownership and follow-through across multiple initiatives
