🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in visual design or video editing (agency preferred).
• Fluency in Adobe CC, Figma; platform formats (Meta/TikTok/YouTube).
• Proven leadership of creatives.
• Strong digital marketing, content strategy, performance creative.
• Quick, clear feedback and actioning of changes.
• Passion for scalable design systems and operations.
