Associate Art Director

📋 Description

• Executional leader embedded within a Division to drive design and motion output quality, velocity
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on craft to set the benchmark for creative execution.
• Scale creative teams, enforce high standards, and build scalable systems for growth.
• Collaborate with Creative Team Lead on visual direction and business goals.
• Lead internal reviews and ensure brand consistency across channels and funnel stages.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in visual design and/or video editing (agency experience preferred)
• Fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Leadership experience mentoring creatives
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance creative
• Ability to give/receive feedback quickly and clearly
• Passion for scalable design systems and operational creativity
