📋 Description

Manage caseload of personal injury matters in litigation
Prepare and file complaints and other pleadings
Draft meet and confer letters on discovery disputes
Prepare clients for depositions and hearings
Take and defend depositions throughout litigation
Prepare and respond to motions, including dispositive motions

🎯 Requirements

1-2 years of Personal Injury Law experience
Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, incl. pre-litigation case mgmt & discovery
Juris Doctor degree and CA State bar in good standing
Workers' Compensation experience is a plus
Written Discovery skills
Conducting Depositions
