🎯 Requirements

• Ability to obtain or hold an active resident state health insurance license.
• Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales development.
• Customer service experience with strong phone communication.
• Ability to learn insurance concepts quickly and navigate multiple applications.
• Organizational skills to manage conversations and maintain accuracy.
• Coachable, with integrity and customer focus; able to work independently and in a team.
