🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (Merchandising/Business/Economics a plus)
2-4 years in Merchandising
Strong knowledge of Merchandising, Financial Planning, and Supply Chain
Initiative, ownership, accountability
Ability to act with urgency and adapt quickly
Data-driven with insights to inform assortment decisions
