Associate Chemist - Organic Extraction - 2nd Shift, M-F

📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard analytical techniques per SOPs.
• Perform routine lab tasks to gain experience with methods, practices, and programs.
• Prepare samples using standard techniques and conduct chemical analyses.
• Record, report data and any unusual test occurrences to supervisor.
• Maintain routine instrument maintenance and verify instrumentation software.
• Manage training records and QC samples, document NCMs when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field, Associate Degree, or 2 years lab experience in lieu of degree.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Authorization to work in United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Previous PFAS and/or LC/MS or sample prep experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
