• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor AI and hyperscale data center markets, pricing
• Financial Analysis: Build models for lease economics, occupancy costs, and $/kW benchmarking
• Power & Regulatory Research: Track tariffs, interconnection rules, tax regimes; translate
• Diligence & Document Management: Support site/transaction diligence, manage data rooms
• Executive Communication: Draft memos and board-ready materials that clarify complex commercial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university with outstanding academic record.
• 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in investment banking or management consulting; other
• High intellectual horsepower and curiosity across power markets, contract structures, finance, and
• Self-starter who pursues questions independently; comfortable in fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical ability with quantitative skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; excellent
• Ability to distill complex information into concise, actionable takeaways.
