📋 Description

• Support government compliance program aligned with FAR, DFARS, and CAS
• Collaborate with finance, contracts, supply chain, and legal teams
• Contribute to internal reviews, documentation, training, reporting, and improvement
• Maintain compliance documentation and respond to audits
• Prepare and submit government filings and disclosures
• Develop recurring compliance reports and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years in government contracting, compliance, accounting, or related field
• Foundational knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication
