Associate (CPA/SMMM)

📋 Description

• Onboard new clients; set up accounting systems.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping: A/P, A/R, closings, and reports.
• Use company software for accounting, reporting, and tax tasks.
• Prepare payroll, payroll tax, depreciation schedules, and related docs.
• Assist audits and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and margins.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics/business.
• Minimum 2 years in accounting, audit, or tax.
• Turkish CPA SMMM license is a big plus.
• US GAAP experience is a big plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; accounting software experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English; all interviews conducted in English.
