Associate Creative Designer

📋 Description

• The Associate Creative Designer, as part of the Marketing Team, supports the graphics & visual
• You will work closely with the Lead Designer, Brand Team, and other members of the marketing
• Coordinating with teams across Workato to brainstorm and identify design requirements
• Interpret design briefs, align with and manage stakeholders to ensure designs meet high quality
• Designing digital creatives (e.g. LED displays, landing pages, social media graphics, slide decks
• Designing print materials (e.g. Large format signage, booth graphics, corporate swag) and ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design Communications, Graphic Communication, or related
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficiency with motion graphics software (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Proficiency with Figma
• Some experience with 3D software (e.g. Blender) is highly preferred
• Strong illustration, iconography, and typography skills
