📋 Description

• Lead and own motion design projects across brand initiatives, campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies to deliver world-class motion design.
• Translate briefs into non-linear creative solutions with clear direction.
• Balance multiple workstreams and navigate tight deadlines under leadership guidance.
• Define and evolve brand motion language and systems for consistency.
• Partner with brand, marketing, product, and creative teams to align storytelling with business

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in motion design/creative direction with leadership experience.
• Strong design and typography fundamentals with a diverse portfolio.
• Mastery of motion principles, timing, keyframes, and visual systems.
• Expert in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, Figma; familiarity with AI-driven workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience shaping tier-one brand moments like global events or product launches.
