📋 Description

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with DeFi protocols, wallets, and users.
• Identify and generate new stETH and stVaults integrations.
• Oversee lifecycle for accounts and drive collaborations.
• Lead integrations coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Source incentives for stETH growth and secure approvals for launches.
• Keep track of daily DeFi and TradFi developments.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in ecosystem, growth, or integration roles in blockchain or TradFi.
• Track record of turning partnerships from exploration to completion.
• Cultivate network of long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Multi-year experience using onchain products (hard requirement).
• Deep understanding of Ethereum staking products (liquid staking, staking as a service, restaking).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
