Associate/Deputy General Counsel (ET/CT preferred)

📋 Description

• Negotiate and review commercial contracts across business lines
• Partner with Sales/Product to structure deals with legal risk in mind
• Lead privacy and data protection advisement for ad tech and AI usage
• Oversee employment, IP, information security, and governance matters
• Mentor legal team members and build scalable processes
• Support financings, acquisitions, and strategic transactions

🎯 Requirements

• JD from ABA law school; active bar in residence jurisdiction
• Significant in-house generalist experience across contracts, privacy, employment
• Strong interest in privacy/AI governance and evolving regulations
• High ethics, discretion, and business-minded risk tolerance
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage timelines
• Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities
