Lead design pitches and major workplace projects within the US Design team.
Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Preconstruction, and Delivery to win work and drive project
Mentor Designers and Senior Designers across creative and technical drawing sets.
Coordinate cross-functional work to ensure design excellence and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

Commercial workplace interior design experience, including end-to-end project delivery.
Strong pitch/win capability with persuasive RFP materials.
Strategic and commercial acumen in US market context.
Technical mastery of design software: Revit, InDesign, Photoshop.
Leadership and collaboration across diverse teams; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
