Associate Director, AMI Clinical Engagement

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the onsite Clinical Education team for Allergan Aesthetics Training Center in
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training to customers.
• Oversee day-to-day training center ops: staffing, scheduling, onboarding, workflows.
• Ensure SOP compliance and standardized program execution across centers.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and monitor training activities and priorities.
• Travel as needed to support initiatives and cross-center consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active NP, PA, or RN license required.
• Based locally in Austin, TX and able to work onsite regularly.
• 3–5 years clinical experience with facial injectables; 3–5 years clinical education or related role
• 2–4 years people management experience.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and feedback skills; regulatory knowledge (FDA) a plus.
