📋 Description

• Lead onsite Clinical Education team for training center ops in Austin
• Deliver presentations and hands-on clinical training
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and workflow coordination
• Ensure SOP compliance across centers (Austin/Irvine/Atlanta)
• Collaborate with leadership to plan activities and priorities
• Travel to support initiatives and cross-center consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Active NP, PA, or RN license
• Based in Austin, onsite; not remote
• 3–5 years facial injectable clinical experience
• 3–5 years clinical education or similar role
• 2–4 years people management
