Associate Director, Business Analytics - Trade

📋 Description

• Lead trade and distribution analytics to inform strategy and ROI across therapeutic areas and
• Partner with Market Access, Trade & Distribution, Brand Marketing, Finance, Legal, Pricing
• Plan and execute analytics and primary research for commercialized brands across specialty and
• Integrate internal and syndicated data to reveal channel performance, patient access, distribution
• Develop analytical models to assess payer, channel, and trade dynamics for evidence-based decisions
• Drive KPI reporting and quarterly reviews to monitor product, program, and channel performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field with 5 years
• Practical statistical methods using CMS, IQVIA, Symphony Health, Rebate, EDI data etc.
• Data analysis with SQL, Advanced Excel, and Power BI; Python or R preferred
• Ability to pull, integrate, validate, and analyze pharma data to generate insights on channel
• Experience leading analytics and primary research for trade, distribution, and supply chain
• Strong business acumen, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence
