Associate Director, Centralized Monitoring

📋 Description

• Oversee a broad portfolio of Centralized Monitoring processes, ensuring projects meet commitments
• Provide tactical and strategic planning, operational oversight, and direct leadership for Clinical
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop direct reports; manage resources, workload, priorities, and
• Evaluate operational signals and risks using data and analytics to identify issues and mitigation
• Support department infrastructure and operational excellence across support services, database
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to improve processes, quality, and address operational

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent
• At least 5 years of management or people-leadership experience
• Deep functional expertise in clinical trials and clinical research/data analytics
• Strong understanding of centralized monitoring, risk management, clinical data, and data-driven
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into operational actions
• Strong technical capabilities with data handling, analysis, visualization, and related tools
