📋 Description

• Accountable for Phase 1-4 studies design, and clinical pharmacology strategy; acts as the
• Executes strategy, leads teams and data analyses with context (MoA, disease specifics, data
• Author regulatory documents (protocols, study reports, population PK, exposure-response, CTDs
• Leads clinical pharmacology and biopharmaceutics meetings; represents in Strategy/Asset Development
• Drives small teams to provide unified clinical pharmacology positions to clinical, CMC and
• Authors scientific publications and presents at conferences; interacts with KOLs/external

🎯 Requirements

• PhD with typically 4+ years of experience or PharmD with typically 6+ years in
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to interact with external and internal
• Strategic thinking and enterprise view; proven scientific track record and strong technical skills.
• Key leadership competencies: drive results, resilience, respectful/courageous; connects ideas
