Lead commissioning, qualification, and start-up across facilities and systems.
Develop strategies and execute HAZOP studies for capital programs.
Plan schedules, protocols, and turnover packages for readiness.

Collaborate with engineering, validation, manufacturing, QA, EHS, and contractors.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Pharma/Life Sciences or related; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing or regulated environments.
Experience in commissioning, qualification, start-up, validation, or readiness.
Proven cross-functional leadership in a matrixed setup.
Strong GMP experience and project leadership skills.
