📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation experiences for higher education partners, creating

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 3–5+ years in onboarding, implementation, training, customer
  • Strong understanding of higher education admissions, enrollment management, and recruitment
  • Experience designing and delivering virtual and in-person training (webinars, workshops
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear, actionable content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with CRM/enrollment platforms such as Slate and Salesforce; familiarity with
  • Proficiency with Zoom Webinars, Slack, SharePoint, Canva, Drupal, Jira, Monday.com, and similar
