• Lead and scale a team of analysts and analytics engineers with strong data quality.
• Manage and prioritize the BI roadmap and backlog across Marketing, Product, Risk, and Finance.
• Implement a revenue-first prioritization framework to drive growth and efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate problems into clear data requirements and metrics.
• Synthesize data into narratives to help executives make fast, informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to build a robust data layer for analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership in managing and scaling BI/analytics teams, including recruitment.
• Own the BI function roadmap, capacity planning, and stakeholder management.
• Strong commercial instinct; distinguish impactful business questions from noise.
• Domain expertise in high-velocity sectors like fintech, crypto, or payments.
• Deep proficiency in B2C metrics: acquisition, retention, LTV, CAC.
• Expertise in product and marketing analytics, including A/B testing and attribution.
