Lead development and delivery of annual US sales training strategy
Build curriculum with cross-functional teams (Training, Medical, Marketing, Legal, etc.)
Manage budgets and provide training design/development support
Coach and develop direct reports; foster engaging, high-performing culture
Drive learning impact measurement and data-driven updates

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
8-15 years in pharma/healthcare sales/management
Heme Onc or Multiple Myeloma experience strongly preferred
Experience designing launch training journeys and curricula
Knowledge of instructional design systems and curriculum design
Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional project management
